Firstly, if what I'm asking for can already be done then please can you advise.

Sometimes I want to contact privately one other contributor - perhaps for clarification that may not be useful for everyone else, or to get/give some further information including perhaps giving my e mail address to that one contributor, but I dont think that can be done here.

Could this type of feature be added please?
