Mr Pennington said while clients could expect to receive similar or equal level of care under a new provider there were no guarantees the service would remain free.-This could be a bad news for some. Not everyone could afford this and due to this, they might be forced to pull out their relatives inside the home care.

I will never leave my mother nor my father in the home care. Whatever it takes I will find ways to take care of them myself.

I think it's always better to care for your elderly parents by yourself, as no one else could care for them better than you. Even if they are not living with you in same home, you can still go to visit them in regular intervals to look after them.
