Making money in real estate is no easier than it is in the stock market. It requires a lot of work, patience, and in some cases a lot of luck.
just want to ask a question about future planing .

Hello again, hunny gee, yet another thread started with what looks like yet another teaser post for some later come-on, perhaps you will finally enlighten us?

The answer to your question, solidly enough, is: "yes". The word "ever" brings out the philosopher in me.

If you want to ask the forum a question about your own specific future planning, please show a little more of your situation, and stick to just one thread, and I'm sure members will respond less guardedly.

An old marketing trick this one, feel good female names are invented to create a mental bond and affinity with the viewer or reader.
Hunny is an old one, and obviously is just honey by a different spelling.
Gee is a bit risqué, although I've seen it used before, it's meant to signify the female G spot.
Lovisa is Love. What could be happier than that?
Smith? That's a harder one, my own guess is the person making up these posts simply got bored and irritated by then.

I had assumed "Lovisa" was Louisa, as written by someone more familiar with Cyrillic script. Not that I'm suggesting anything associated with a Russian-based internet scam, like.
