In re-arranging my portfolio, I wish to sell out of Fidelity Rathbone Global Opp's class S Acc and rebuy in my A.J.Bell platform.
A.J.Bell has informed me that they do not sell class S but can offer class I

It seems that although it's an institutional class they will sell to individuals?
I've looked at the cost's and there is very little difference, is there any thing else I should be aware of before I buy class I in that fund?

when they call it Institutional they really mean for an institution (AJ Bell, HL etc) to sell onto us. It can be to offer a lower charge, HL are pretty cheap for Rathbone iirc, but it can also be a way around the rather large sums some funds want as the minimum entry.

As long as you're happy with the charges, imho, don't worry.
