I have received an e-mail purporting to be from Plusnet telling me they have applied a £185.21 charge to my account and inviting me to follow a link to a refund application form.
It is a scam and Plusnet say they are dealing with it.
I am mentioning it in case it is a new one which people aren't aware of.
(It is quite genuine looking.)
