So anyone who does manage it - please let me know how.
As many have pointed out I have been here for a number of years and thus many consider that I not a Newbie as such.
However I am still learning a lot as I go along.
On top, there are plenty of occasions where I get pulled up by an 7 year old who despite being surrounded by her adult guardians and elder siblings has no problems expressing their stance and views on matters. I personally am able to go along with this but the fact that my peers tend agree with them in the moment even though we may have had a good debate and agreed to the contrary beforehand does somewhat leave me a bit of Newbie at times.
That’s more difficult.
If you have a spare email address you could just register under a new name although it wouldn’t change your ID on any historic posts and there would be no way to know it was you unless you followed Prince’s example and chose a new ID along the lines of …formerly known as Newbie / no longer a newbie etc.
You might also want to clear it with citywire / Gavin Lumsden first - I did the same thing on a dating site and was almost kicked off the site but in the end escaped with a warning - the site’s owner(s) did not like people having multiple accounts on the site.
