I would have thought a quote would be necessary if you want your money in advance?
Of course they had no intentions of finishing the work, they were just your everyday scum, picking on and bullying old people.
How does that old saying go " Hitler was right , he just picked on the wrong people ".
I NEVER mentioned pikeys!!

No, - mention of Pikeys would be frowned upon and you could be pulled up.
The mention of pikeys carries with it a derogatory connotation.
Therefore one should not use the term pikeys
However I am a bit stuck in that I am finding it difficult to describe the recent bloke who turned up at my gate wanting to know if the ridiculous contraption (as described by she who must be obeyed) was for sale without the word pikey to the local bobby.
