Somebody on this forum in recent past did, I think, say that they'd struck a deal to get some/more of the employers NI saving given to them on the basis of greater sal sacrifice = greater saving for employer.

I am going to broach this with my employer but I don't think their payroll systems and other admin etc will be flexible to accommodate individual 'deals'
