I just hope he is well and will return at some point in the coming months.

These are difficult times now and his perspective was always interesting. There is a lot more trading type activity here now which isn’t something that a lot of us will want to do much of knowing how the odds are against it for mere mortals.

His prediction for trend following has come to pass this year. I guess we are all looking to some kind of turning point where the dark clouds start to break up and shafts of light appear.

I think he was always interested in trading ideas and I thought that was what most of us need. Understanding markets and investments is very difficult and their is no perfect way to opperate but unfortunately he was very fixed in some of his ways and this lead many the wrong way.

I recognised all the words as English language. But they never made any sense to me in the order they were written.

When he started saying he thought he should be monetising his posting habits here, I thought his days were numbered. And it came to pass.

Just in case anyone else also stops posting, for whatever reason that may be (hopefully a good reason eg a Euromillions win negating the need to worry about investments ever again), can I just say Thank You now, for all the insights, knowledge and experience shared?

Then if you all do go, at least you know you were (in the main) very much appreciated.

I have always appreciated maverics and minority-views. And people who are prepared back up their statements, rather just declaiming then leaving . Even though I don't necessarily follow them.

I include in that the female element. I don't always agree with my wife, but I listen and think on't.
