I was doing my regular update of this fund and noticed that it has just reached it's 5 year anniversary

Sector ranks look good, its the number 1 rated fund over 5 years out of 25

Not a lot of mention of it on here so I thought I would share. I've held since October 2022 and have been pleased with it, hat tip to mdss68 who mentioned it.

Yield has averaged around 8% which may be of interest to income seekers

The fund has grown from £251.2m at 31/01/23 to £581.2m at 30/04/24 (Source: Factsheets)
