It's the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) (specifically TSX-V the "TSX Venture Exchange"; no idea what that qualifier implies; maybe their equivalent of AIM? https://en.wikipedia.org...ki/TSX_Venture_Exchange has "The Toronto Stock Exchange is the senior equity market, while the TSX Venture Exchange is a public venture capital marketplace for emerging companies.").

ii appears to be prepared to let me buy it: "TSX:VIS Sell:CAD0.035 Buy:CAD0.04" (or Sell 0.04 and Buy 0.045 once I actually get to the buy page). That's a heck of a spread.

My interest in it is limited to the amusement value to be had in coming back to this thread in a year or so and seeing how the pump-and-dump played out.

Visionstate Corp has now reached a multi year high with recent news, at least on the TSX Venture. Not sure why the OTC ticker has not responded, and Frankfurt ticker has not corresponded to the proper price either. Below is a link to the technical charts, showing almost a perfect buy signal, along with all the tickers.
