Maybe something like JGGI that pays a lower income but with a better total return would be a safer bet ?
@Dexi,
Guess it depends why one holds in a PF - low vol equity with some good income ( maybe these work) or more balanced income/growth ( maybe jggi here).
I may use to higher my current nett equity of 32% but with some eyes on income & lower vol than standard sp500/nasdaq if they indeed are really lower vol.
Nasdaq fund is biggest JEQP at 692m but with 102 constituents ( nasdaq100) it cant really be low volatile on equity side as seemingly full 100 inclusion - maybe % weights are very different ?
The global fund JEGP is 290m aum with dev and em in it 249 holdings that only has 20% tech, 15% finance and 16% health and 11% consumer staples - last 2 could be good if equity tech downturn or inflation returns and top 10 look far less growth stocks
US equity fund JEIP is currently small fund 20m aum but with intesting top 10
