Hi Joe, You need to be very careful. There are lot's of fraudsters out there in commercial lending that will clean your clock. You need to be very careful while selecting them. I have been in touch with some mortgage brokers recently like that of Northwood mortgage Toronto. They provide mortgages at a better rate. Try contacting them.
