For those who follow, work for, and/or own stock in Howard Hughes Holdings $HHH, and/or are simply interested in investments and the capital markets, I encourage you to watch out for our amended HHH Schedule 13D that we will file with the

at 6am Eastern, tomorrow morning.

Raj what's the above about please. By the way I had toast and marmalade with cereal to follow for my breakfast .....I think this is bullish for markets.

cool, I just had a cup of tea and read the tea leaves. It tells me that the markets will go to record highs. Nvidia will be 10 trillion dollar company in three years and Musk will get to Mars by 2030…..

Edit so we now know that Ackman's tweet is about offering to take HHH private?, which if successful would help PSH get a listing in the US as they will have a controllling interest in an operating company?

if anyone can understand what benefit this has to PSH holders, it would be good to know. Made my way through it but as with lots of Ackman deals seems very complicated. Taking the obivous away they want to recognise the true value of HHH does this mean that PSH itself will be able to list in the US? Maybe not given what reported bleow, it will be a seperate holding company? I suppose PSH shares will roll over into the new entity.

Im trying to get my head around it.... Will PSH own shares in the new Howard Hughes Holding Company (ie, existing Howard Hughes Shares will be rolled over to the new parent holding company) or will PSH be merged with the new holding company and we will be holders of HHH....

PSH has an annual investor presentation early Feb so i hope this wll all be clarified...

BB have you ever considered setting up a portfolio on either T212 or eToro and we can copy your trades and see how it fares. It would be nil cost to you - in fact it will likely get you more income.

That way rather than doing DD or anything one can take advantage of your industry knowledge and expertise.

Also with these platforms you are not confined to the whims or burden of the copious and often unnecessary pressures of the regulators or reporting.

One also does not have to wait for you to report your transactions as copier trades execute automatically in real time with your own.

It also saves you from being asked questions to prove your portfolio, performance or tedious reporting back to followers/copiers

The idea is that PSH sits at the top and HHH below, and wholly owned by PSH (unless other companies also want to take part). Then with time PSH would buy other companies some which are wholly owned, others partly and others in JV measure. The old BH.

Two major benefits are that a) PSH has a trading company making it easier to list and b) a constant revenue stream which can be fed up to the holding company (and down from it) in a tax efficient manner.

That is my understanding.
