Yes, it is a difficult thing. Unfortunately once the judiciary becomes politicised things get very very difficult. The US has a politicised supreme court anyway. It was I guess intended to offer some check and balance, but successive administrations have used it to make almost pure political appointments to the supreme court of ever less independently minded judges.
We have become infected by the same illness over here. The role of judges is supposed to be to impartially apply the law. However we have seen a new generation of judges and hosts of lefty lawyers that have seen their role as to advance the politics of the left/globalists, principally by distorting, corrupting, and endlessly extending the idea of individual human rights.
The battle between democrats and republicans and generally in the west between right leaning and left leaning has become ever more intense and ever dirtier, nastier, more corrupt, more partisan, more censorious, more litigious.
When I watched some of 'House of Cards' I thought it was far fetched. Now I see some voices claiming 57 politically inconvenient people strangely died or disappeared under the Clinton administration. You can't help but wonder how bad it is out there. 'They' killed JFK, 'they' tried to kill Trump. 'They' denied RFK Jr security protection.
I am always wary of self declared saviours. The only thing you can say is the globalist left was in danger of taking total control via the use of censorship, corruption and the immigrant vote.
I currently see Musk as autistic idealist rather than dictator. An antidote to the horrors of Soros and Gates. But as they say 'Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely'.
