I believe some platforms take their monthly management fee from holdings, I would expect the SIPP management fee to be slightly higher than the ISA management fee. Maybe this could be confirmed by comparing the number of units held.

Could you have previously held this fund in either? If so one of the accounts could be looking at the overall total gain over the two time periods?
