Have you used property portals like Rightmove or Zoopla? Ho many views get a property listed on these portals?

I may have misunderstood your question, but as far as I'm aware anyone can put a property up for sale on these websites.

I used an estate agent to sell my home, who put it onto these websites for potential buyers to view, and it sold within a few months.

I've bought properties through Rightmove and Zoopla; they link you to the estate agent and dialogue can open up.

I find these sites the best tool for property buying.

'Number of views' may seem interesting to you, and you may think that it gives you a clue as to whether the property is going to sell, but many people browse even without having any present intention of buying or selling. It's like going into town and ambling past the shop windows.

The only thing that matters is an offer for sale that goes to Exchange of Contracts and then Completion.

Zoopla shows "page views" for last 30 days, and I believe you may be able to have figures sent to you if you use their services.

Figures tend to spike during the first week, then increase at a slower rate.

If you're after average figures per house you'll have to do your own research, doubt anyone on this forum could tell you.
