Basically, I'll keep this short..

We bought a house in February last year, we weren't working, and she insisted on moving out. She blames the relationship break down on me etc, but it was her choice to move.

She has a son from her previous relationship, and is currently paying half the mortgage.
The house is for sale, and she believes she has more right to live here until it sell than me.

I just need to know if she actually does? Can she legally force me to move out, so that she can move back in?

I've said that she is more than welcome to move back in, but that I cant afford to move out and rent anywhere, so would have to stay as well. Its a big 4 bedroomed house, so plenty of space.

I am booked to speak to a solicitor on Friday, but would like advice beforehand.
