Nick, It should be possible to have your income reviewed every year, although your provider might make a charge for doing so.

With regard to these damnably low rates, Gad is currently 4%, as high as it was throughout 2009. It has not gone beyond 5,25% in the last 5 years!

Hi David,
Unfortunately I reached age 75 last May and as I see it I must take the TFC and a pension payment from my SIPP by May this year.
As the new rules are to be published in April is there any possibility that I wiil not be required to take the pension either in this or any subsequent years.
