Hi,

I have purchased Land only for investment 2 years ago which is in Spain. I am planning to buy a residential property in UK this year. Property price is 150k. Do I need to pay additional stamp duty as I already own Property (Only Land) abroad?

My understanding is that Additional Stamp Duty only applies to UK second homes.

But as that is only my understanding, I suggest you look at the HMRC Tax manuals on the Government website (Stamp Duty section) or ask the solicitor handling the purchase for you for confirmation.
