El Salvador comes to mind.

Who was that guy who wore a baseball cap backwards on his head? He was funny.

There will be no mass sell-out, while hodlers, not unreasonably, believe it is going to $1m and then some...

A free gift that does absolutely nothing useful for society, but provides an avenue for grifters to pump the price and lure in the gullible. I'm sure plenty of people will gain wealth via Bitcoin, in the same way that some people make money from all pyramid schemes. Also, given that the author(s) of Bitcoin are anonymous, no-one knows how many coins he/she/they might hold and have sold, potentially not a free gift at all.

Cloud cookoo land to think its going to £1m. How many times have we heard that these past few years.

Its a classic bubble that popped in 2021. Has all the hallmarks of a speculative bubble; the narrative, the new paradigm, the excess liquidity (lockdown / government handouts), mainstream being sucked in.

This latest uptrend is a classic bull trap / echo bubble that occurs after every bubble dissipates.

It will likely bobble along between say $3k and $40k for several years before stabilising at a level. Whether that's zero or a few $k who knows.

A complete irrelevance to the day to day economy. 15 years existence and I've never once needed to buy, sell or store anything in bitcoin. In fact I've never even been asked.

Irrelevant tokens.
