But overall speed is very poor

Is it just me?

Same here, I've been away for a while and the change is breathtaking, puts me to sleep quicker.

There'a an email address for support on the Contact link at the bottom of the forum.

I emailed them a week ago.

They don't seem to reply or monitor on here and they don't seem to be interested in acknowledging or fixing it.

I get that the forum is free but it would be nice if there was some sign that they're aware of the issue.

They need a faster server.

But not having the option in the past for my own forum, I remember the URL structure using words (better for search engines) is often much slower for forums. A more efficient structure is to use a numeric folder:

moneyforums.citywire.co.uk/ <Post ID Number> / <Post Title For SEO> / <Page Number>

moneyforums.citywire.co.uk/14945/Forum-slow-really-really-slow/2

Not sure they will read this and I am probably telling them how to suck eggs.
