to diversify away from a single platform I invested my current ISA year allowance in iweb buying a gilt. I also hold a gilt with interactive investor (II). Ive found iweb to be really poor unable to offer real time prices for buying or selling the gilt i bought whereas II did offer real time prices for two different gilts.

also there's no second tier authentication on iweb (where they text you a number to use to access your account)

anyone else disappointed by iweb? Im thinking of transferring my gilt on iweb to II.

Not that odd.
There's a thing called a telephone.
It's a bit like a computer but you can speak to other human beings with voices.
They'll quote you a price.

I guess that's why it free of platform fees, no frills, functional and cheap.
I have happily used iWeb for an ISA for years, but always work out exactly what I'm buying first with an HL tab open at the same time for comparison. But not tried gilts to be fair.

Doubt that there’s volume of business to warrant the system upgrade.
