I want to transfer my HL stocks/Shares ISA to Fidelity who can only handle full ( not partial ) ISA transfers from other platforms. However within my HL ISA account I hold the suspended Woodford Equity Income Fund which is in the process of being wound down with no definitive completion time scale and there is still a theoretical nominal value to this fund holding but it can not be traded or sold/exchanged. Would anyone know if it is possible for such transfer to take place to migrate all my other ISA holdings to Fidelity while leaving only the Woodford holding intact within the HL ISA ?

I did send Fidelity a message before I transferred my SIPP a few years ago to see how they can process the securities I held. They were very helpful.
I would suggest to get in contact with both: Fidelity and HL and see what they propose.

In order to get rid of my Woodford legacy (as I could no longer bear to see it there as a reminder of how devious Woodford was) it can be given to charity. 2 options the HL one (a no for me) and Sharegift. You cannot get any of the funds anyway so keeping it in there just leaves a bad taste - well for me anyway.
