Pricing of OEIC's

Many OEIC's are priced at 12:00 and I am wondering what USA stock prices they use in this pricing. Extended hours trading starts in the early hours, about 4am USA time, 09:00 UK time. Will the OEIC valuation use the closing prices from the previous working day or the extended hours trading early in the morning of the valuation day ?
