Got the same problem, managed to get around this for the time being by using the 'incognito' tab

Find all citywire cookies and delete them, then log in again - that's worked for me a few times in the past.

All seems to be working fine again this morning.
'Sign Out' followed by 'log in' finally worked.
Many Thanks

Another issue that I keep getting i.e. permanent issue, is that whenever I try to "Thank Member" an error occurs. I'm using MS 10 Edge browser.

I can't access Ian Cowie's articles for some reason, all the others seem fine. It asks me to register or login, but I'm already logged in

I have and a problem with the MAC OS since I prefer using it, the error can be cured by reinstalling the application and set it to recommended settings for which they will solve the issue but will face an unknown error to it called Mac Error Code 43, which will not let me install anything, any information or solve for this error will be appreciated.

This comes under the forum heading: Feedback.

A heading: "For Beginners" might be a usefukl place for people to start.

I'm not sure if I have a browser issue or what. How long does it normally take for a moderator to approve a post?
I know this is often a feature on forums but I can't recall having to wait days! My post was bog-standard advice related.
No reply to my queries either.
I'm not the greatest with technology so I'd also like to know if I've caused this problem! Very frustrating.

I am logged in using Android and can't see how to start a new forum topic. Or is that only possible via Windows?
