Can anyone give me some help please - I have monitored our funds on Morningstar for some years, for the family.
I now want to set up my childrens' individual portfolios for them to access in future.
Without access to their laptops, I want to set up each with an account - passwords etc. however I can only log in to my own account and can't change the email address etc. you can tell i'm not a computer wizz! can anyone advise what to do?

There is no simple solution to this John, you have two choices I think:

1 - separate out their portfolios within your own account and provide them with screen shots every now and then to keep them informed of performance

2 - create accounts for them, using their e-mail address and then hand those over to them (and take your hands off the wheel). You could still track their portfolios via secondary portfolios in your Morningstar account.

Set up new accounts posing as them. It might be easier if you had access to their 'puters. With AJBell I was able to set up my wife's ISA with no problems. I am also able to see both or "All" provided it is one surname.

I had difficulty registering my wife on Citywire with only one 'puter. I don't know quite how, but I did it by persisting.

Or try using Trustnet Portfolio. Multiple pfs possible.
