I HAVE A SHARE SAVE WITH MORRISONS.THEY ARE PLANNING A CAPITAL RETURN TO SHAREHOLDERS.DOES THAT MEAN I WILL GET A REDUCTION IN MY OPTION PRICE?

You need check the terms of the share save scheme, the payroll/HR should be able to help you. The exercise price is usually set at the grant date (ie when you joined the scheme) with a small discount (normally about 15%).
