I'm considering a BTL investment so built the following which calculates rental yields based on properties available at the moment on Zoopla. Will add historic trending and forecasting once more data has been captured. Should have coverage of the whole of the UK by the end of July. Hope it's useful to someone. http://www.dontbettolet.com

Investing in property can appear to be a very attractive option as in the current economic climate there are few investment sectors that offer both safe haven status and inflation beating rental yields.(short-let-apartments.com)
