Seems like a good deal , i just don't understand what is the catch for them. I have few different credit cards and always open to get new one, if that would give me some benefits of course. Already direct express customer service and thinking if i should open one account with them as well. Anyone had deal with them How was the experience?

It's not that bad.

Apr 55% - If you borrow money on a credit card you are an idiot.

I have £23,000 debt on credit cards ....all at zero %.
As it happens the zero interest rate balance transfers (no transfer fees) I pay into Barclays then take it out and put it into savings accounts.
Thank you to all the credit card companies who are happy to pay the inflation losses so I can make a positive return on my savings accounts.
Important pennies make pounds, pounds buy beer.

How do you make sure that you'll get no balance transfer fees when the time comes?
