I opened a new SIPP with ii last January to make use of their cash back offer.

Received an annual statement for the account last week but no mention of the cashback.

Whilst I opened & initiated a couple of transfers prior to the end of January the actual transfers didn't complete till end of February.

Dropped them a message mid morning today asking when it was likely to be paid (was unclear whether it was date of opening or transfer completion date)...only for the cashback to arrive in my trading account just after lunch.

Could have been a coincidence...but if anyone else took on this offer and not received cashback it may be worth checking what your situation is...just incase they only payout if asked....

I've had several payouts from ii after recommending them. Funds just appear in my linked bank account after a few weeks. No chasing from me needed...
