Some members already hold this fast growing yet extreme-value (when including NTI) company who operate globally. They continue to see growth with no sign of runway running out. I have held exactly 1 year and will hold for many more years.

They released this morning a much more clear trading update than in the past as the business is complex:

Hopefully some use to members here wanting some excitement but from low valuations and little to no retail investor base. FTSE250 companies are now extremely cheap in my opinion. I believe ALPH to be anannomoly and offers both growth and a natural defence in the form of high NTI making it an ideal diversifiers of high yielding stocks portfolios seen here. Possibly for any portfolio as financials are racing ahead from their low valuations driven by NTI.

In an unusual move the ex-CEO this morning gives £28 million worth of his personal shares to the directors "in the best interests of all shareholders that the Board and the senior management team are more closely aligned with investors' goals."

In other related news, Jerome Powell yesterday makes clear the neutral rate is higher than previous and there are likely to be no rate cuts this year. While operations of ALPH are European they handle Dolla's and both the UK and the Dollar's neutral rate is not too far lower than where we are and if the 10 and 30Y is to be believed then this could even be higher putting ALPH in a very strong position as one of the most profitable UK companies with some good operational growth.

Look like an interesting option. May Start a very small position in Alpha. Appears expensive but the growth looks good.

Valuation can be framed in two ways. I am 60% up on this within 25 months so when you look at it from an operational and share price perspective it is expensive. This is how ALPH prefer to be valued.

But if you frame the analysis in another way taking into consideration the NTI, the culture and everything they have put in place for growth that has not had a chance to motor yet it is extremely cheap "value" stock with growth potential. The macro environment of growth and reasonable high rates is needed for this to happen.

Now the UK smaller company funds are buying in here, with Blackrock:

In my early days, before I quit investing, I often found myself lagging behind fund managers, in particular Blackrock who would be selling while I was buying. The key is to anticipate their moves. Discover opportunities before they do, as these chances are scarce and, once a fund identifies them, they become diluted in a sea of low growth. Happy to have also sold Nick Train CKN on the dip. The UK is under researched and fund managers really ineffective. ALPH remains one of the best opportunities. But there is always something if you look hard enough and know what boxes to tick.
