I am fairly conservatively positioned, but I do have around 3.5% PSH. Ackman is still relatively young, and the chance to buy in at this stage seems a bit of an opportunity to access genuine active management, some unique bets and positioning. I started with 1% and became increasingly intrigued!

I am current holder of PSH and intend to top up some more this week in my main account. Back in October in the II interviews he stated that he believes the companies are undervalued and he also talked about inflation and the types of companies that are able to be resillient against this and how his companies have pricing power. I think that Pershing also has an instrument that hedges against rising rates. With all this and the 30% discount on offer im not sure what else to put my monthly contribution into. Everything about Bill is very Buffettesque and i like those principles.

Feeling uncomfortable so just taken a chunk from market (near £1/4m) and this included a few PSH.
I am concerned that the bears are beating the bulls so cash could be king but please don't tell bede.

NAV was 4093p on 11.01.22 but largest holding UMG has headed further towards goblin town since then, so expecting real discount lower than the 31% on paper at today's close.

Yup - makes sense - if in doubt sell the sh1t ! - this is why I have moved a little risk into ETFs also (IEEM and IUKD - to avoid discount widening risk on my more 'macro' bets)... however my QQQS keep working (so far) as NASDAQ/growth continues to underperform...
