As I say, I understand the arguments about past returns and discounts, I just find 6% fees & charges hard to swallow.

Yes it makes Fundsmith very very cheap in charges.

Relatively speaking, yes.
But in terms of what FS do and what they charge I reckon that they are a rip-off.

I've been holding some cash back for the last 6 weeks, but am thinking of adding to either PSH or PSTH. Of course PSH includes an element of PSTH, but I think its only ~10% of the holding..

Bill Ackman is all but saying they will confirm the PSTH SPAC Definitative Anouncment within weeks and that they have been working on the deal since last November. Of course the deal could still fall apart, but I'm keen to get others thoughts on PSH or PTSH ?

- I'm leaning towards PTSH, given that I'm already holding PSH and the potential upside of PTSH is multiples of PSH.
- I can't see the PSH Discount Narrowing that much (possibly 10%) relative to a potential 1, 2 3x on PTSH.

Any thoughts ?

Have added to PSH as on excellent discount and not so high risk/reward as PSTH.

If you want a SPAC (not on premium) type stock I am very bullish of SIGC which has 100% cash and discount mid-20s looks undervalued.

I'm not looking specifically for a SPAC, I'd probably normally avoid them as they tend to be over-hyped, however I have faith in Bill Ackman and so that's a core reason that I'm considering PSTH. PSTH is also trading at a reasonable price at the mo $24-25 (-20%) down its mid March peak.

Is that a premium or discount???... many seem to trade at a premium so that’s why I think SIGC looks so cheap...

BTW - The PSH Quarterly Investor Call meeting has been reset to 25th May (4pm), the same date has been set for the PSTH (the SPAC) Form 10-Q to be released. The hope is that the Definitive Announcement of the Acquisition is on that same date.

Lets hope so, he did say in an interview that they had been talking to a company for the last six months and a deal would eaither be agreed or they would move on. I have been adding to PSH in the last week, i just hope Billy Boy continues focusing on core investment principles and performance is solid going forward. A good SPAC outcome will be a bonus for us PSH holders.
