I have problems with IPad log ins on websites from time to time.

Someone may have a simpler solution, but I downloaded an additional internet browser and usually find that one or the other works. So, in addition to Safari, I downloaded Google Chrome.

It does take up extra space on my iPad of course, but I also do stuff for my parents online and mostly use Safari for their log ins and Chrome for my own, it seems to be helping.

I dont have apple gadgets but generally speaking clearing the cache for your internet browser app should hopefully work.

try going into something like:

settings then
apps, then
safari (assuming your browser was called Safari)
should see two buttons, one for "clear cache" another for "clear data"

try clear cache first
failing that clear data (note that clearing data on some apps sometime deletes stuff you'd rather not, like bookmarked web pages etc)

I’ve been using an iPad for about 10 years and haven’t had any problems that I recall, except when using Citywire! I think they need a major revamp, and that includes the mods on here if there are any.

I am in the trade

The problem is getting worse. Apple is getting marginalised as more security is added to the back end servers. Having to test everything seems to be moving towards testing Windows with Edge and Chrome as that is the vast majority of the traffic.

The number of sites bouncing VPN traffic is also increasing which is annoying
