I do believe DEC is making a comeback!!
There paying down debt with some of the profits, putting a bit of effort into buy backs. Making money selling land, making money caping other people's wells and paying a decent dividend.
Gas prices moving in the right direction..... last time I checked?
I am even getting close to break even on the share price.

I think what you’re trying to say is all in here 🤠

OB is positively exuberant about DEC now. Cue 10% reversal if his predictions are anything like mine (they’re not, I’m an idiot and he isn’t).

Just about to post that.
Yes exuberant would be a fair summing-up.
Personally "drill baby drill" is more likely to produce over supply in the medium term.
LNG sales and data centres are likely to produce higher demand in the medium/long term.
In the short term underpriced.

I assume it will be the main factor behind when they next hedge another batch of future production and at what guaranteed price. The slight flip side being that the next time results are announced, the current hedging shows in the accounts as a loss of course.

All good though. Except for our own gas bills, inflation and all that.

At last a bit of profit taking. AND 28th is exdivided day. Shorts really need to worry about protecting their profits and for those not in profit protecting themselves against an inevitable rise in the short term (at least) rise in the share price. Gas prices ⬆️ share price ⬆️. Winter alone should help that.

Medium long term "drill baby drill" gas prices ⬇️ share price ⬇️
I am having an emoji day!!

Explain why??, as a us driller. I would increase supply into an oversupplied market? Because Trump wants low oil prices?

We are really on about gas prices but yes he definitely wants lower prices but also wants to see businesses doing well.
So opening the LNG market could keep both sides happy.
