Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) is pleased to announce that the resolutions put to the shareholders at the General Meeting held earlier today were overwhelmingly passed by the shareholders, further demonstrating confidence in the Company's strategic plan to expand its US investor base and to move forward with the US Listing of the Ordinary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange.



Having actively engaged with many shareholders ahead of the General Meeting and throughout the year, the Board would like to thank the Company's shareholders for their input and continued support. The Board currently anticipates that the US Listing will become effective later in December 2023.

Looks the share consolidation is happening today/tomorrow.
Annoying I didn't get the exact multiple. Was going to do it tomorrow.

DEC shares are already listed in the US on the OTC. I would assume a move to the New York Market will increase there value....hopefully

Historically only weak shares consolidate and strong shares
split.
The consolidation is for the American traders who don't
trade penny/dime shares.
Normally after consolidation the price continues to fall,
although of course it may be different this time.
I wonder who looked at today's price and thought they had
hit the jackpot ?

Not quite, but ii have adjusted the SP but not the #shares so I’m temporarily £200k up until they do !!

This online person is very bullish about DEC. Let’s hope they are on the right lines. Personally I’m not convinced an American listing will do very much for the SP, but you never know I suppose.

of your investment, unless of course u don't CPA, u wouldn't,

Yes apparently so. No doubt it will still prove to be ridiculously volatile, no matter how much they consolidate the SP.
