Not for me, fashion is fickle.
I invested in JD Sports at the beginning of the year when the share price tanked which is the other end of the fashion High Street.
My rationale being, with the Euros and Olympics this year the share price will rise like an Olympic pole vaulter but alas so far, more like a 400 metres hurdler.
Edit
Received a pittance of a dividend last week which by the way is 16 times covered, they don't like splashing the cash.

Just to let those who own JD sports, they will shortly announce the. IPO of Applied Nutrition of which they own about 30%.
This should bolster the share price unless it turns out to be another THG which swims in a similar pond.

Forum mistake. The fault is with our inherent bias. The role of psychology is a powerful factor. We had known the chances of a bounce back after an index fall is always high and the moves today and in the past month or so is stunning up +104% from lows and +15% today.

In retrospect it was a value stock with value valuations.
