Until the Zantac stuff is sorted out the share price will languish. If the appeal in the Delaware courts is not successful there is significant downside ahead.

Despite defending themselves, they have settled two which is likely to get every other law firm and individual just throwing mud to see what sticks.
Went to top up HLN instead.
Will decide what to do with the GSK line in my portfolio in due course

I think they have settled many cases now, not just these ones.

Poor leadership is holding back GSK, compare the share price when Walmsley took control with AZN.

She took control in April 2017, the share price was 1700p AZN was 4955p
Nothing much will change until she goes.

We need to take into account that GSK pays a higher divi than AZN but that doesn't make it look much better. HL show the 5 year TR for AZN as 88%. The 5 year TR for GSK shows as 18%. Does that look right?

To be fair GSK's problem go back well before Warmsley and after all, what can we expect when the poor woman was paid a pittance of just £12.7 million last year. Just think how much they'd have to pay to get a CEO who could actually do the job. Pascal Soriot of AZN is in for an £18.7 million package this year. Even better than being a doctor or a train-driver.

Just looked at the price , it is now 1471p/share, what a disgrace, get rid of Walmsley.
Edit . The worst performed share in September in my portfolio, lost over 10% in a month. I sold a few earlier in the year, had to move a few CGT deckchairs to accommodate the trade.

I have held GSK since whoknowswhen but never saw it drop 70p in one day.
