So last week we had a heat wave.

Thermometers alongside the hot tarmac of airport runways, where scorching jet engines pass by every few minutes, recorded the shock horror temperature, at one point in time, of 40 centigrade.

Happy to report that daughter, husband and 3 grandsons all arrived safely back in the UK on Sunday after 2 weeks in Turkey, where temperatures soared to 42 deg C. BBC reported 2 weeks ago that we would all die when UK temperatures hit the high 30's.

Most of the media ( BBC , C4 etc ) has a view ( left leaning ) on all the major issues , they don`t just report the news . Stories that don`t fit this narrative are just ignored . So you will seldom hear any pro-Brexit , anti-abortion , anti migrant or climate change sceptic views . It`s all very one-sided .
